We are a chemical biology lab that develops new chemical tools and technologies to study and manipulate biological systems. We use interdisciplinary approaches integrating organic synthesis, fluorescence imaging, mass spectrometry, and omics analyses, together with molecular and cell biology and mouse models. Our goal is to identify targetable sites on disease-related proteins and to develop drug candidates for effective therapies.
